About Us

Resurrected Church Ministries is a Christian ministry ordained by God to preach the gospel of the kingdom of God and to help resurrect those in the body of Christ that have gone astray: to bring them up out of the miry clay of tradition; to set their feet upon the rock, which is Jesus Christ; and to establish them in the faith.

This ministry is a non-denominational, self-governing body, autonomous from all other church bodies. This ministry will not knowingly give financial support to any group whose beliefs or practices would compromise this ministry's mission. This ministry shall actively seek to create member churches that will share common vision and be subject to our statement of faith and purpose. It shall also seek to incorporate other bodies of believers worldwide who seek to be part of our unique fellowship of believers.

Introduction

Much of the forthcoming revelation will, in all likelihood, not be received by many that adhere to tradition. Many will even retort, "No! Not in my church!" But what we can promise is that what is being spoken here does not come from us; thus, it is safe to say that more than likely what you will read indeed has to do with you and your church. "Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth" (Galatians 4:16)? God does not reveal things without purpose. He always has a plan of salvation with every revelation he presents through those he sends forth. "Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ" (Ephesians 3:4). And as messengers of God, chosen before the foundation of the world, we forewarn the reader that, if anything, you must receive what will be offered here through several re-readings, much prayer and, if called for, fasting.

In these last days, there are many who claim to know God. There are many who have set themselves in a position to even speak for God. But one must understand that a mere claim does not warrant validation. We know from the scriptures that Jesus told us that saying, "Lord, Lord" does not guarantee us a place with him (Matthew 7:21). Instead, one must measure truth not by claims, nor even by warrants (logical justifications), but they must be heard on the basis of what God has said through his written Word. This is the only reliable standard that exists. "For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth" (2 Corinthians 13:8). There are churches where the Word of God has fallen in its importance (a topic which will be addressed hereafter) but a few words must be said here to oppose the view that the written Word is unimportant. Many scholars and churches have stated that the Bible is too erroneous to use as a source for absolute truth: too many scribal errors, too many missing words, not enough evidence to support the claims. What they ignore, however, is that the existence of an all-powerful God makes all of these arguments obsolete. God, who controls all things, has the ability to preserve his words throughout time. "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away" (Matthew 24:35).

There is almost not enough space to emphasize the importance of how much the written word is the Christian's most important possession. One cannot understand this fact, however, without understanding that Jesus is the Word of God (John 1:1-17). There was only one Jesus Christ and he himself stated that he was the only way to God. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6). We understand from nature itself that truth resides in exclusivity. Two different physical objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time. In other words, one cannot have a banana and an orange in the same spot at the same time without these two objects bumping each other. You would have to place one piece of fruit on top of the other or on the side etc. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). There is only one way to God based on Jesus Christ's word. As such, the Christian is subject to following after Christ and being made like him. Jesus, being the representation of the written Word of God, mandates an obligation that the Christian imbibe the Word to be like him. Scripture states that Jesus came "in the volume" of the book (Hebrews 10:7). We also know that Jesus defeated Satan in the wilderness by use of the written Word of God by stating, "it is written" (Matthew 4:1-11). We also know that this is the way to perfection. Jesus told us to be perfect (Matthew 5:48) and studying and obeying scripture is the way to achieve this. "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15). And "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works" (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

The next issue deals with what translation? Recognizing that the text is the representation of Jesus (the only way to God) and that it was written by men at the inspiration of God (Jesus is both fully man and fully God), the original is sufficient. But for many Christians, the problem comes because we do not read Koiné Greek or Aramaic and Hebrew, the languages of the New Testament and Old Testament. Many claim so much is lost through translation. So how can there be a translation of the Bible as powerful as the original? Well, first we know that God, being God, can overcome any language barriers that exist (Acts 2). He will guide the translations of the text that he wants his people to read. He even offers two qualifications for us to know what text is the one he authorizes (Deuteronomy 17:18-20; Hebrews 9:16-17). It happens that the specific Bible that fits these qualifications is the King James Version (see "The Authorized Version" for more on this). The King James Version has been the source for many movements in history where the power of God has abounded. This translation, as claimed by many scholars, goes back to the best tradition of translation. Lastly, as was expressed earlier this text is based on spilled blood; something that we know validates our own faith. Even if you are not willing to accept this thesis, you must be made aware that the only way we will become free as Christians is through Jesus Christ (the Word of God). And at the source of all Christian's issues in the world is our lack of concern for and obedience to the Word of God. It should be noted that our use of the word Christian designates a born again believer who is a disciple of the anointed Word of God—Jesus Christ: "for in him we live, and move, and have our being" (Acts 17:28). "Remember that a part of our thesis in this website is that it is not necessarily those who believe in mind, or public declaration, who are believers but those who truly believe in the heart."1 Those who understand that the sign of the New Covenant is spiritual: a circumcised heart. "Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked" (Deuteronomy 10:16). "The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit" (Psalm 34:18). "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law [the Word of God] in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people" (Jeremiah 31:33). All churchgoers are not Christian and all Christians are not Christian: "for they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God" (Romans 10:3). Moreover, "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed" (John 8:31). In short, there are those Christians who live to please God and there are those Christians who live to please themselves.

Now then, knowing what is forth coming, also know that Satan is going to attack your reading of this text. You may hear something that is distracting. You may even see something in here that may offend you so much that you may want to close your browser; however, please resist temptation. God is going to use this text to get you into the place so that you may receive his Word. Why do you need his Word? So that you might be saved, so that you might not be destroyed by the power of Satan through the Antichrist and the spirit of this world, so that you might be able to receive a glorious resurrection and see Jesus, living with him and the Father forever. "All this, said David, the LORD made me understand in writing by his hand upon me, even all the works of this pattern" (1 Chronicles 28:19). "And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful" (Revelation 21:5).
